“Water has always been close to my heart, physically and symbolically. I practically grew up on the water and it is a part of my being in such a big way; it nourishes, it soothes, and is filled with beautiful mystery. Perhaps this is why I have such a great attraction to it. When I am below the surface, the real world fades away for a moment. It offers the opportunity to create a world of my own; It becomes my creative playground. I used to paint, draw and illustrate, now I do this with the images I take – I create something new and something that connects us with what we feel around us, the things that make us live and breath, feel and exist. It can be something that explores the devine connection between a mother and child, or a symbol of personal freedom and strength through suspended weightlessness. I work towards a place where our inner being can be given a voice and in some way can become reality. Water has many forms, but it is a fundamental life force.”

“With the wedding industry today it is easy to get caught up in all the glamour and the expectations, but the things that truly matter are who you are as an individual and who you are in your relationship. It is incredibly amazing to be a part of so many life stories, something real and true, and the best part for us is to witness these things unfold on their own, unscripted.

We’re a husband and wife team who love working together and create images in a fresh but moody, creative and documentary style. Coming from a visual art background, we will always look for the potential to create beauty and meaning in our images and to tell our clients’ story in the most honest way.
